IdoBooking Pricing Update effective from 1 February 2026
In accordance with the provisions of the Agreement and the current Terms and Conditions, we hereby inform you, with one month’s notice, of the planned changes to the IdoBooking Pricing. The changes apply to subscription fees, selected add-on services, as well as work related to individual customizations and website projects.
The last update to IdoBooking subscription fees took place in 2022. Since then, the system has been intensively developed, while market conditions have changed significantly — in particular due to inflation, tax regulation changes, and the increasing costs of maintaining and developing specialist teams.
The introduced changes are therefore an adjustment of pricing to current market realities and allow us to continue ensuring the stability, security, and high quality of the system used by property owners and managers.
In addition to numerous updates introduced in recent months, including a comprehensive redesign of key application views*, we are planning further investments in the development of IdoBooking, including:
- shortening and simplifying the Booking Engine purchase path to further increase direct sales conversion,
- further automation of operational processes such as online check-in,
- support for multiple variants of access codes and check-in instructions,
- continued automation of invoicing and document workflows.
as well as additional improvements aligned with the needs of a dynamically evolving industry and our customers.

Key changes to the Pricing:
- 2.5% commission on online reservations handled under the Commission-Based Subscription
- 45 EUR/USD/GBP — monthly fee for the Flat Subscription (up to 12 rooms/apartments included)
- 6 EUR/USD/GBP — fee for each additional room beyond 12 under the Flat Subscription
- 10 EUR/USD/GBP — API module fee on the commission-based plan
- 18 EUR/USD/GBP — API module fee on the flat-rate plan
- 10 EUR/USD/GBP — Communication Center module fee
- 70 EUR/USD/GBP — White Label module fee
- 4 EUR/USD/GBP — owner account fee in the Owner Panel module
- 799 EUR/USD/GBP — BASIC website implementation graphic package
- 1999 EUR/USD/GBP — SOPHISTICATED website implementation graphic package
- 60 EUR/USD/GBP — hourly rate for individual work related to extending the implementation package
- 50 EUR/USD/GBP — ourly rate for work on individual customizations
