The changes apply to subscription fees, selected add-on services, as well as work related to individual customizations and website projects.

During the night from Tuesday, September 16, to Wednesday, September 17, we carried out scheduled technical maintenance related to infrastructure updates.

Please be advised that between 10:00 PM on September 13, 2025, and 1:00 AM on September 14, 2025, our SMS service provider will be conducting scheduled maintenance.

We are expanding communication possibilities in IdoBooking! From now on, you can also send SMS messages to phone numbers registered in Ukraine. This way, your guests will always stay informed – no matter where they book from.'

Managing accommodation availability has reached a new level in IdoBooking. You can now define different booking lead time rules for specific accommodations – instead of one shared setting for the entire property, as it used to be. What’s more, IdoBooking introduces an entirely new feature: automatic availability blocks before and after each reservation. This solution is perfect for properties that require time to prepare accommodations – for example, for cleaning, disinfection or turnover logistics – especially in the case of apartments and large properties with rotating staff

A new offer-highlighting module has appeared in the Booking Engine, allowing flexible control over the order of displayed search results. You can now promote selected offers—based on the number of guests—to increase their visibility in listings.

Centralize property portfolio management directly within the IdoBooking system! Managing multiple properties – often located in different cities or even countries – can be quite a challenge. It’s not just about handling guests, but also about maintaining consistent standards, up-to-date descriptions, and synchronized offer configurations across various platforms. That’s why we’re continuously developing our integration with Airbnb, introducing new options for managing your listings directly from the IdoBooking panel.

Faster and more convenient accommodation filtering for your guests: Finding the perfect accommodation can be challenging, especially when there are dozens of different properties available. That’s why we have introduced a new filtering module in Booking Engine, allowing for more precise searches and better matching of results to the individual needs of bookers. With this update, the booking process becomes more intuitive, helping customers find their ideal stay more quickly.

We would like to inform you that on January 16 2025, between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM, we are planning a system update for IAI aimed at further improving the quality and performance of our services. During this time, access to certain functionalities may be temporarily limited.
